Furthermore, the investigation focuses on the three hymns in the book of Amos: 4:13; 5:8-9; 9:5-6, questioning their functions in a prophetic context. Following a detailed investigation of philological and literary-critical problems in all three hymns, the study points to three different strategies of transformation, which help to explain the function of the hymns in their prophetic environment. | ||
