总结:Near the entrance of Mukāwir (Jordan), the Roman and Byzantine successor settlement of the Jewish fortress Macchairous, extends the ancient cemetery. The following Greek inscription was shown to the author: "The tomb of Thomas, his wife Mele, and their children, installed during their lifetime". The name of Mele (rendering of Milḥ) reflects the Arabic and Nabatean settling in the 2nd and 3rd century A.D.
