Descripción
Sumario:Isidore's exegetical treatise ort. et obit. includes a presentation of three women who represent, each according to her story, the most outstanding feminine virtues in Scripture. Isidore presents their profiles based on the biblical text and on the theological tradition that had already been shaped and established in his time. Special attention should be given to the chapter dedicated to Mary, which not only synthesizes the previous Mariological reflection but also constitutes one of the bases for its later development.
