It was found that less than half the renderings of b- match Greek ἐν. The other renderings are: another preposition; a case; or a word, phrase, or clause incorporating the meaning of b-. Analysis of the meanings of ἐν indicated that the instances of interference amount to approximately 5% of renderings of b- by ἐν, and 2% of all kinds of rendering of b-. The conclusion is that in the case of b-, renderings were generally determined by context and natural Greek, except for a small minority of cases. | ||
