Summary:This paper is a study of the growth of narratives that redesign history in the context of new ideologies. The interest of this paper is in the act of building the collective memory of Israel both thematically and in accordance to reception theory. This paper presents the question how religious crisis creates a new religious platform which is manifested in a form of a narrative that seeks to replace an older narrative and consequently has reshaped the collective memory of Israel.
