Summary: | The acts of „righteousness” expressed in a few sentences of Sermon on the Mount differ radically from the fruits of pharisaic “righteousness” and “piety”. From this point of view, the Spirituality of the Sermon on the Mount, in its composition, might mean a challenge for the contemporary Christian Spirituality. The spirituality of the Sermon on the Mount puts in its centre the role of the heart as a sign of its authentication. This is the reason it really means a challenge for Christian Spirituality which presupposes the centrality of the Gospel in the human life. |
