The discussion includes analysis of liberalism, 'otherness', atheism, reason and rationality, and revolutionary readings, with reference to a range of leading contemporary writers on the resurrection of Jesus. The article ends with reference to ways in which a social history of scholarship can be further carried out and how it is fruitful to view scholarship as a collection of primary sources. |
