Neben der biophysischen Beschaffenheit und der biopsychischen Grundausstattung mit Freiheit und Verantwortung wird der Mensch als soziales Wesen sichtbar, das erst in und durch Geschichte verstanden werden kann. Vor dem Horizont der Geschichte bekommt dann das Recht als Rahmen der Schöpfung jene zentrale Funktion, an der sich die Freiheit und Verantwortung des Menschen als Geschöpf kreativ zu bewähren hat. | ||
