| Summary: | La Carta a los Filipenses muestra cómo las crisis generadas por los desencuentros con otras perspectivas cristianas y la búsqueda de protagonismo coexisten con la lucha por la unidad y el consolidar liderazgos colaborativos, mostrando que la ex- periencia cristiana ha de estar ligada a la vida y al proceso de madurez afectivo y emocional del creyente. Para Pablo, la clave está en tener el mismo sentipensar (phroneō) de Cristo, que permite a la comunidad concebirse en clave de donación y descentramiento para asumir al otro como un si mismo, y así consolidar una dispo- sición permanente para pensar y actuar en orden a procurar el mayor bien posible al otro en una determinada situación. La carta a los Filipenses plantea un desafío para pensar nuevos estilos de liderazgo en clave de acompañamiento integral, donde la realidad personal y comunitaria sea abrazada tal como viene y pueda resignificarse desde el Evangelio. The Letter to the Philippians shows how the crises generated by disagreements with other Christian perspectives and the search for protagonism coexist with the struggle for unity and the consolidation of collaborative leadership, showing that the Chris-tian experience must be linked to the life and the process of affective and emotional maturity of the believer. For Paul, the key lies in having the same sentipensar (phro-neō) of Christ, which allows the community to conceive itself in the key to donation and decentering in order to assume the other as a self, and thus consolidate a perma-nent disposition to think and act in order to procure the greatest possible good for the other in each situation. The letter to the Philippians poses a challenge to think of new styles of leadership in terms of integral accompaniment, where the personal and community reality is embraced as it comes and can be re-signified from the Gospel. |
