| Sumario: | Este artículo nos invita a reflexionar sobre la Amazonía, procurando reconocer cómo la crisis ecológica actual encuentra respuesta en el texto bíblico; a través de un ejerci- cio de interpretación que ofrezca fundamentos para una espiritualidad de la creación, un verdadero shalom de la Pacha Mama. Se analiza el relato de la viña de Nabot para distinguir la confrontación entre el viñador y el sistema socioeconómico político im- perial, que toma el nombre de Dios en vano para robar, matar y dar falso testimonio. Así también, actualmente los intereses de grupos económicos influyen en el discurso ambientalista para distorsionar el compromiso ético de personas y grupos que encar- nan la defensa del planeta y el medio ambiente. Somos cuerpo de Cristo en la Abya Yala, invitados a redescubrir la Palabra como fuente inagotable de la lucha por la tierra, el reconocimiento de todas las formas de vida y el cuidado del mayor pulmón del planeta, la Amazonía; a partir del reclamo por la justicia y la conservación de la Naturaleza como casa común de todos los seres humanos. This article invites us to reflect on the Amazon, seeking to recognize how the current ecological crisis finds an answer in the biblical text; through an exercise of interpre-tation that offers foundations for a spirituality of creation, a true shalom of the Pacha Mama. The story of the vineyard of Naboth is analyzed to distinguish the confron-tation between the vinedresser and the imperial socio-economic-political system, which takes the name of God in vain to steal, kill and give false testimony. In the same way, nowadays the interests of economic groups influence the environmental discourse to distort the ethical commitment of people and groups that embody the defense of the planet and the environment. We are the body of Christ in Abya Yala, invited to rediscover the Word as an inexhaustible source of the struggle for the earth, the recognition of all forms of life and the care of the largest lung of the planet, the Amazon; from the claim for justice and the conservation of Nature as the common home of all human beings. |
